Our team carries more than a forty years' experience and decades of family history in the business. Before this chapter, there was The Hartfield Company, thirty-three years of the same hands-on, people-first approach that still defines every client relationship we build today.

Our family's history in the equestrian world runs parallel to our history in finance, and the two have always informed each other. Decades of competing, ranching, and building relationships across the western industry have given us a perspective and a network that most financial professionals simply don't carry. The values that shape life in that world, discipline, loyalty, and a deep respect for the long game, are the same ones we bring into the office every day.

We start every client relationship by getting specific. Specific about where you are, where you want to go, and what it realistically takes to close that gap. From there, we build a process that defines your goals, pursues them with structure, measures progress honestly, and recalibrates when life demands it. That last part matters more than most plans account for. Markets shift, priorities change, and families grow. A plan that can't absorb those realities isn't much of a plan. Ours are built to hold.
